Job Description
Main Responsibilities:
- Ensuring requests raised to our team are dealt with in a timely and effective manner, in line with all relevant KPIs, goals and objectives.
- Taking ownership of a technical query from initial contact through to successful resolution of the client request or case.
- Assisting in enablement of additional products or functionalities on existing clients across Measurement and Activation.
- Providing additional support on existing products by providing debugging and troubleshooting assistance to clients when issues arise.
- Collaborating with support counterparts on account management and integration engineers on support bandwidth and workload.
- Work closely with product engineering leads on high priority issues, system upgrades and product rollouts communicating to all commercial stakeholders’ changes and updates that might affect them.
- Contribute to the evolution of the technical support systems and processes.
- Provide technical training to customers, partners and internal staff as required.
- Able to work 24*7 in shifts
