Job Description
Work Experience : 0-3 Years
- Experience with retail and brand management preferred, but not mandatory
- Strong relationship-building skills and ability to collaborate across multiple stakeholders
- Must be proficient with MS Excel, PowerPoint, G-Suite
- Strong command of the English Language and online written communication
Job Responsibilities :
- End-to-end execution of tasks pertaining to assigned brand partners
- Collaborate and secure alignment with brand partners as well as internal stakeholders (store teams, operations, supply chain, marketing, etc.) on brand implementing strategy and tactics across Nykaa Retail stores
- Ensure achievement of brand targets
- Ensure adherence to launch timelines for new brands / new launches within Nykaa Retail stores
- Ensure timely fixture installations and stock availability within Retail store network
- Ensure seamless execution of in-store marketing activations and events – offer communication, VM elements, marketing assets, events & masterclasses, etc.
- Adherence to hygiene for inventory procurement and inventory health
- Ensuring availability of GWPs and testers within stores
